Pre-Purchase and Accounts Questions

Find the product you wish to purchase and click the Buy button. You’ll then be taken to our checkout page where you can log into your existing Microsoft account to use saved information or register a new account.

Yes, you can complete your order using a wire transfer.

On the checkout page, after clicking Place Order, please follow these steps:

  1. Select Use new payment method

  2. Choose Wire transfer

  3. Click Pay

You will then receive the wire transfer details along with a unique Payment Reference. Please include this reference when making your transfer.

The e-mail is sent the moment your payment is approved, and that should be almost immediately. If you don’t receive an email receipt or login information soon after, contact us and we’ll check on your payment and account. Make sure you check your junk folder as well.

If you don’t see your purchased products on the My Account page, please contact us. If you have another Microsft account or bought a product on behalf of a client, be prepared to provide that information.

Yes, we offer a 20% discount on original purchase price to NGOs. To qualify, you'll need to provide documentation confirming your NGO status. Additionally, if you have a tax-exempt certificate, you can submit it to benefit from tax exemption through our payment processor.

Yes, if you have a valid tax-exempt certificate, you can submit it to us. We’ll then provide you with a payment link that reflects the tax exemption.

If you made your purchase as a guest, please use the Forgot Password form on the My Account page to access your account. If you registered before making your purchase, kindly log in using those credentials.

Once your account has been approved, you can submit a support request by logging into the support portal and selecting the appropriate request type from the service catalog.

To submit a ticket:

  1. Log in to the support portal (link will be specified in completed order email) .

  2. Choose the relevant request category.

  3. Fill out the request form with as much detail as possible.

  4. Click Submit.

After registering with our support portal, your account must first be approved by our support team before you can submit any service requests.

This approval process helps us ensure that only users who have valid licence can submit support requests.

Licence Questions - SharePoint web parts

We have two variations, subscription and one-time charge. Subscription is for 2 years from the day of purchase. One-time charge is for life.

Updates
Updates are for the lifetime of the product. The subscription licence is 2 years and one-time licence is lifetime.
Anytime we update the product, you can update it for free from the Microsoft App Source.

Support
For subscription licence, support ends when your subscription expires.
For one-time licence, support is limited to 2 years. You can optionally renew support anytime.

The scope of support includes:

    • Responding to queries regarding usage issues
    • Addressing any reported bugs or issues
    • Handling licensing-related inquiries

No. Licences are for a single tenant use.

A tenant refers to a SharePoint environment such as contoso.sharepoint.com. If you use another environment like contosodev.sharepoint.com, it will be considered a separate tenant.

Yes. You can use a single licence for a web part on multiple pages and multiple sites in a tenant.

Technical Questions

Our SPFx webpart for SharePoint on-premises support SharePoint 2016 with Feature Pack 2. Make sure you have the Feature Pack 2 installed on your servers.

Take note, however, that by default, .json files are not allowed to be uploaded to SharePoint Server 2016 libraries, so farm level settings must be adjusted for this option.
